5. Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of your Home booking can be made up to 1 week before the event, Cancellation of your Ghost hunts can be made up to 2 weeks before the event, Cancellations of your studio booking can be made up to 24 hours before your booking. If you need to cancel your booking, you will be refunded the amount paid less the booking deposit of £10.00 for Ghost hunts / Home Bookings and £5 for studio bookings per person. If you cancel your booking after this point, no money will be refunded. In the event of Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey cancelling due to spirit or human factor there will be NO fee applied, all monies will be refunded including booking deposits or an alternative booking may be offered.

 

6. Payments

Payments can be made using any of the following methods: Credit/Debit Card, Cheque with cheque guarantee card, Postal Order or cash. Payments must be made in full before the event. Due to high demands on our services, Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey recommend Ghost Hunts to be paid 28 days before the event, home and Studio booking deposits to be paid on the day of booking, and any outstanding monies to be paid to Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey direct on the day of the booking. 10% of the entertainers' fee is payable on the day of booking Richard Batey for an evening of entertainment. The outstanding monies to be paid direct to Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey 1 hour before the show begins . Once full payment has been received and cleared, you will receive confirmation & Receipt of your booking. Places will only be secured once full booking deposit or full payment has been received.

 

7. Transfer

Once you have made your booking, this booking cannot be sold or transferred under any circumstances. You may be asked to provide your confirmation / receipt as proof of your booking.

 

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a variation on the Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey site’s without any prior notification.

Ticket availability should be confirmed by telephone or email before making any payment.

 

Once your booking deposit or full payment is received you will receive confirmation and a receipt of your booking by letter. Any person taking part in a Spiritual Studio Ghost Hunt will be subject to any rules set down by the Location Manager. Details of rules will be given at the time of the event. Any person found to be in breach of these rules will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

 

If any person is found to be behaving in an offensive or inappropriate manner, they will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

 

For safety reasons, consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated during Spiritual Studio / Richard Batey Ghost Hunts, private 1-2-1 readings or evenings of entertainment. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, during the above, will be immediately removed from the location. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
